Project: Olive Garden

Client: Darden Restaurants, Inc.
This project was a conversion of a Chevy’s Mexican restaurant into a Tuscan Farmhouse. Talk about a mind-bender. This involved stripping the building down to the structural frame and adapting the base elements of the frame into what it is today. A job well done. Completed in 2004.
