Project: Olive Garden
Location: McKinney, TX
Client: Darden Restaurants, Inc.
The concept of this project was to completely redesign Olive Garden’s Tuscan Farmhouse concept, with the goal of reducing investment by 20% and operating costs by 3%. BOH was designed by Mark Godward of SRE. Our mission was to marry a new kitchen to a new FOH and exterior, and meet the table count and seat mix goals as well as the brand objectives. This project was completed in 2003.
