Brad has 25+ years experience in the practice of architecture and a comprehensive understanding of practicing architecture nationally. As a Certified Building Official and national building codes and accessibility expert, Brad brings a unique and valuable perspective to our clients and practice. His knowledge of the model codes, jurisdictions, permitting and accessibility requirements is extensive; frequently he has been asked by clients to intervene in code interpretation issues and regional permitting "opportunities". Brad is gaining attention/recognition as an expert witness for clients with ADA compliance complaints. Brad most recently presented training at the AIA Oklahoma state conference entitled "ADAAG and the Real World" which explored how to apply the Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) to real world situations and the common misapplication of the standards. Brad's experience with project types includes retail, hotels, restaurants, general commercial and institutional. Brad is responsible for managing operations, including risk, documentation standards, contracts and production technology for the company. Brad is our go-to guy to get things done.
Brad has an undergraduate degree in engineering and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Oklahoma but has an Orange Attitude! Brad is currently serving on the boards for AIA Eastern Oklahoma and AIA Oklahoma.
