This project is part of a larger property located in NW Arkansas; it envisions a 500,000 sf development, the first phase of which is a Design Center, a retail format development that would concentrate residential and commercial construction and furnishing business such as lighting, interior design, flooring, kitchen appliances, etc. in a single location.
This partial site plan illustrates the underlying concept of the site as new urbanist, or "lifestyle", placing the buildings close to the main circulation with parking dispersed and behind rather than concentrated in front. We also developed a secondary, pedestrian circulation pattern that integrates with the buildings.
